Situated in the beautiful traditional hillside village of Holzhausen in the undulating Middle Hessen mountain countryside, only a short drive away from the beautiful historic university city of Marburg, the holiday bungalow Berwasser is a perfect base to explore this fascinating undiscovered part of Germany.

The bungalow has a living area of approximately 70m² (630 sq.ft.).

To the left of the large entrance hall is the spacious lounge/diner of 25m² (225 sq.ft.). The lounge area is furnished to a high standard including 'L' shaped modern comfortable sofa. It is equipped with a 80cm LCD colour TV with British freesat digital satellite channels (BBC 1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 etc.) and German terrestrial TV channels. a DVD player, VCR and mini music centre. The dining area includes a large light oak dining table with comfortable seating for four.

The compact kitchen features modern fitted kitchen units, a built in larder fridge, fitted electric halogen hob and fan oven, large upright freezer, sink, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The small bathroom has a white suite with bath tub, shower attachment and shower curtain, toilet, washbasin and washing machine.

To the right of the hall, the master bedroom of 13m² (117 sq.ft.) features a 4'' 6' double bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe.

The second double bedroom/study of 10.5m² (95 sq.ft.) features a double sofa bed, chest of drawers and a desk. Both bedrooms are fully carpeted.

The property is fully insulated and double glazed with electric storage heaters throughout. Bed linen is provided *, but customers need to supply their own bathroom and kitchen towels.

The property sits in a 650m² (5500 sq.ft.) fenced garden.
